Peggy Breda



A long time senior care advocate, Peggy Breda holds a degree in  Business Administration with a concentration in Management.  She has held leadership positions in the senior living industry for over 25 years.  As a Marketing Director, Peggy opened and directed the overall sales efforts for several Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities in both Maryland and Virginia.  Later becoming an Executive Director, she led many senior living community teams and fostered strong relationships with the residents and their family members. 

During her tenure as a senior living leader, she learned that families and residents have a diverse variety of needs and expectations. Peggy developed an abiding respect for each family’s unique journey as well as the contributions of the senior population. This understanding became the foundation of her mission to assist seniors and their loved ones in making more informed decisions when choosing senior living options.

Now the owner and President of A Family Tie, LLC, she uses her years of experience to be an advocate and guide for those searching for the perfect senior living solution.  

Donna M. Fuller


Marketing & Transition Specialist

With a specific focus on working in Senior Living, Donna intently pursued a degree in Health Services Administration. Her entire career, over 25 years and counting, has been spent in the senior living industry, serving as both an Administrator, Marketing Director and Strategic Marketing Manager at the corporate level.  She has first-hand experience working in all levels of senior living, to include independent living, assisted living, dementia care, nursing care and continuing care.  The majority of her tenure was focused in the not-for-profit sector.  

As an individual who has dedicated her career to transforming the lives of people as they age, Donna is deeply inspired and committed to this purpose through her work at A Family Tie. 

Anthony Breda


Co-Founder/Vice President


Anthony graduated from the International Culinary Arts Institute in Baltimore in 1984.  He went on to work in the restaurant business as an executive chef,  but felt his calling to utilize his skills in the healthcare sector.  He made the transition where he served as a Food and Beverage Director as well as an Executive Chef at several upscale retirement communities in Maryland.

From 2004 to the present, Tony launched a successful sales career in the healthcare market that has taken him in and out of senior living communities. He has traveled up and down the East Coast, while recently focused on Maryland, Virginia and the District.
